Category I credits will be issued for each lecture at the Conference
by the Tufts University School of Medicine.
This activity has been planned and
implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies
of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education
through the joint sponsorship of Tufts University School of
Medicine (TUSM). TUSM is accredited by the ACCME to provide
continuing medical education for physicians.
TUSM designates this educational
activity for a maximum of 8 Category 1 credits toward the AMA
Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only
those credits that he/she actually spent in the activity.
Information about fine dining, attractions, entertainment, nightlife
and other opportunities offered by Boston can be found in the
"Where - Boston" Magazine provided to each participant
at the time of registration.
A tour of the hospital will be organized for interested participants.
The group cannot be larger than 20 people. Please, RSVP, if
