Teleconference 12/17/2005

Present:Present: Drs. Boris Vinogradsky, Dmitry Arbuck, Vladimir Bogin, Rada Sumareva, Dmitry Stillman, Arthur Greyf, Zev Kaufman

1. Preparation for the Joint RAMA RADA National Conference, NYC
Dr. Arbuck contacted Medicom – company specializing in professional conferences. They are willing to organize RAMA-RADA Conference
Dr. Arbuck will ask Medicom to present detailed written proposal/contract which will be reviewed on the next RAMA-RADA Joint Board Meeting. RAMA and RADA need to produce NYC preliminary agenda within the next two weeks

2. Fund raising event in NYC, spring 2006
Dr. Stillman started negotiations with Paul Siere, professional fund raiser (CV and Proposal were previously e-mailed) Paul will be responsible for the fundraising event in NYC, spring 2006 AND/OR work parallel with Medicom in raising funds for NY conference.
Dr. Arbuck will ask Medicom if they have no objections to Paul doing fundraising for the Conference as it is part of their project as well.

3. Moscow Conference RAMA-RADA- 3rd Medical School in Moscow
Dr. Bogin reported on the results of the series of meetings with the Administration of the 3rd Moscow Medical School.Tentative date for the Conference – Fall of 2006.2-3 days event. Agenda may be derivative of NYC Conference Agenda. To be further discussed and finalized with Moscow colleagues.
Dr. Bogin will inform Boards of further developments as soon as he gets a tentative plan from Moscow. Dr. Stillman will work on the Moscow Conference Issues from RADA side.

4. Conference logo
Suggestion was made to create two logos – one for Moscow Conference and one for NYC Conference.
Dr. Sumareva will contact logo designer and address all the comments made by Boards. Both logos to be finalized within 2 weeks.

Next meeting to be held 9pm ET M-Th , end of January 2006
