Out of schedule meeting of the Board of Directors took place on June 09, 2004 at the Lake West Hospital (Boris Vinogradsky, MD - President, George Muenster, DO, Julia Frantsuzov, MD, Edward Brown, JD and Nikolay Vasilyev, MD - BOD members present) with teleconferencing to Boston, MA (Michael Maysky, MD) and Cincinnati, OH (Gregory Chernyak, MD).

2. Amendments to the by-laws of the Association (The Articles of Incorporation and the Code of Regulations) were presented by Edward Brown, JD - the lawyer working with R-AMA and discussed in detail. The final text including the corrections will be prepared for the publication on the web site and will be presented to the vote of the Association members.

3. Updates on the progress in preparations for the 2nd National R-AMA Conference were presented by Dr. Michael Maysky - Conference Chairman and Dr. Vinogradsky and discussed.

4. Updates in preparations for the publication of the 1st issue of R-AMA Journal and on the R-AMA Scholarship Program were presented by Dr. Nikolay Vasilyev.
