Dr. Emil Chynn, a loyal RAMA member, is generously donating one free non-invasive LASEK surgery (on both eyes), with raffle proceeds going to RAMA to help children and adults in Russia who cannot afford healthcare and to enhance professional education of doctors in Russia.
Dr. Chynn has lectured and taught LASEK to surgeons all over the world, including in China, India, Russia, and Ukraine.
Dr. Chynn decided to support our missions based on his own long-term missionary work in Russia and Ukraine where he taught doctors to perform the safest LASEK procedure at the Filatov Institute.
