Russian American Medical Association (RAMA) was created to facilitate and enable Russian American physicians and other health care professionals to excel in patient care, teaching and research, and to pursue their aspirations in professional, humanitarian and community affairs. Russian American Medical Association was founded and incorporated in 2002.
Med. Mission in Yaroslavl Completed!
Led by Dr. Boris Vinogradsky, a group of surgeons went on a medical mission to Yaroslavl and successfully completed it on April 14th.
RAMA hosted a group of surgeons from Russia
For the last 7 days RAMA has been hosting a group of cardiologists & cardiovascular surgeons from the Surgut area and provided them with an opportunity to complete an introductory clinical comparative study of the American healthcare system.
Collaborating with Harvard Medical School
RAMA is collaborating with Harvard Medical School to offer doctors from Russia advanced training in clinical trials and additional practice in this area to broaden their role in the design, management, analysis, and reporting of clinical trials.
RAMA receives national award!
RAMA work in Russia was recognized again! On January 25, at the Russian Embassy in Washington/DC, RAMA received a 2011 Silver Archer Award - www.luchnik.ru/news/990 - the Russian national award for our humanitarian work and medical missions in Siberia.
